Silver Lake Fabrication offers snow pusher style connection snow plows with a built in float feature. We also offer stand-alone snow plow brackets for those looking to use an existing 2-ear truck snow plow. These plows are the way to go if you have a large loader, an old loader where the bottom of the bucket is typically a little beat, or a large skid steer that needs an easy, quick to connect snow plow solution. Another advantage of thise set up is that you can use it on all sorts of different buckets.

Depending on the size of the plow you select, the bracket itself uses either 4"x4" (8', 7' "Tall", and 8' "Tall" models) or 3" x 3" steel tube (all other models), with the horizontal tube always being extra thick 3/8" wall to ensure a super durable design. The bracket itself is designed with six heavy-duty anchor points, so you can hold it onto your bucket with load binders or heavy-duty ratchet straps (not included). This makes for a quick to install assembly that just sinches onto your bucket.

The bucket mounting bracket attaches to our fabricated A-frame with two 0.75" diameter pins on standard models, and 1" diameter pins on the 7' and 8' Super Duty "Tall" models, and is held up with a heavy-duty D-ring strap on standard models (10,000 pound breaking strength), and a super heavy-duty doubled lift strap (24,800 pound rated capacity) on all "Tall" model plows. The lift straps we use allow you to pick up the plow, and have a little give when you're driving over bumps with the plow up. Our fabricated plow has a full-on frame with 1/4" wall steel tube and thick plates for ribs (3/8" for standard models and 1/2" on "Tall" models).

As with all of our snow plows, this line of plows come standard with a super durable baked on semi-gloss black urethane powdercoat finish that provides a long life and a slippery surface for the blade itself. Before the coating occurs, all parts receive a thorough bead blasting and cleaning to ensure a perfect surface for proper adhesion. The pricing provided below is with our standard semi-gloss black finish, but if you want your plow to match the color of your tractor, we're happy to let you know what the difference in cost will be.

The simplicity of the angle feature is the best part of our snow pusher connection snow plows. They have a five position manual angle set-up (- 25°, -12.5°, 0°, 12.5°, 25°) that allows for quick angle changes without having to spend more money plumbing hydraulics to the front of your tractor. This also helps keep the weight down on our plow attachments. All our plows have 5" wide reversible cutting edges, with the 5.5' to 7' standard height plows having a 3/8" thick edge, and the "Tall" models having a 1/2" thick edge. We also equip all our snow pusher style connection plows with height adjustable skid shoes and are available with overall heights of 16" and 27" ("Tall" versions). We have provided a table below with basic details for the sizes that we offer.

Our snow pusher style connection snow plows and brackets are made to fit multiple buckets, but to ensure a proper fit, we require just two dimensions from the bucket you intend to use your plow or bracket on. We require the inside width of your bucket, as well as the depth of the bottom of your bucket (tip of cutting edge to where the bottom plate starts to bend or curve up), which is pointed out in the diagram to the left. Please have these measurements handy when you place your order over the phone, or email them to us after placing your order through our site. If you have questions, please contact us.
