Q: What straps should be used to hold SLF covers and tarps in place?

A: We recommend using cam style lashing straps. Our favorite for this type of strap is sold by US Cargo Control, but you can also get them on Amazon or your local parts store. We've provided a link to the strap that we like from USCC below. You can also use bungee cords, but we strongly recommend against using ratchet straps that are easy to over-tighten. We haven't had anyone rip out a D-ring, but we don't recommend pushing your luck with ratchet straps.

Q: How quickly do covers and tarps ship? How does shipping work?

A: Our tarp products are built-to-order and turn-around time is typically about a week, but can take as long as two, depending on how many orders are in our queue. The fall season is typically our busiest time for this product line. Our tarps ship from our partnering factory in Alabama and we ship with FedEx ground service. Our shipping is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of each size tarp as to ensure that customers only pay what is absolutely necessary to ship their item. Due to the weight of our tarp products, we will not ship outside the continental US. Orders that come through with shipping addresses outside the continental US will be canceled and refunded. We are only able to ship to physical addresses and cannot ship to a PO box address. Local pick-up is not an option for this product line.

Q: What is the warranty on SLF covers and tarps?

A: Our tarp products come with a 6 month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This period starts the day that the item leaves the factory. If you receive a cover or tarp and find a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item at no cost to you after pictures of the defect are received. Knife cuts, crash damage, road rash, fire damage, explosions, and abuse are not covered under warranty.

Q: What is your return & cancellation policy?

A: As our tarps products are always built-to-order specifically to fill your order (no boxes of tarps sitting on a shelf somewhere), we DO NOT accept returns, and we reserve the right to deny a cancellation request dependent on circumstances (on our end and yours). We work hard to get orders out the door as soon as possible and provide the best service that we can. That means that when you commit to a purchase, we have committed to build your tarp or cover and fill the order. Once an order is placed, the money you hand to us goes into materials and labor specifically for your order, and we don't get that back, even if you change your mind. We repeat, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
