Silver Lake Fabrication sells standard box shaped covers, pallet covers, and custom made covers for almost any kind of equipment. Every week we whip up designs for all sorts of different things. Pontoon boat covers, welder/generator covers, dump trailer covers, commercial mower covers, lawn tractor covers, and firewood crate covers are just a few of the custom covers that we've made lately. All of our custom covers are made with a heavy-duty 22 oz. super durable vinyl coated polyester material, which is the same material that heavy-duty tractor trailer cargo covers are made from, and those covers have to withstand 80 MPH winds! Our covers also have strong zinc coated steel D-rings (no eyelets to rip out!) that are attached to the cover with double-stitched heavy-duty webbing. With D-rings in the right locations, you can easily strap your cover down and securely fasten it to the equipment or cargo you need to protect.
Below we offer some of the common box covers that we make, as well as information on a few other custom covers that we've made recently. If you need a cover made for your specific item, and are willing/able to send us a quick sketch of what you would like WITH dimensions, we'll be happy to quote and build the cover just for you. Please do bear in mind that we will not visit your home or a dealership/store to take measurements from a similar item. We simply don't have time for that. That said, if you can operate a tape measure and pencil, we can build what you need. |

CUSTOM BOX COVERS
We make box covers of all sorts of different sizes and shapes. The shape of our box covers don't have to be 90° angles and we can build small to very large covers as needed. Our box covers can have D-rings, reinfocement webbing, and velcro to keep everything safe and as water tight as possible. For certain applications, we can install crimped in eyelets as well (only by special request - we will never recommend it and our warranty does not cover them). Typically, our box covers are made to fit the form of what you need to cover, so get out your tape mesure and make a sketch of what you're looking to cover and then give us a call. We'll work with you to put together a design that'll work great and keep your gear or equipment out of the weather. PALLET COVERS

Silver Lake Fabrication makes super tough pallet covers to keep your precious cargo dry. These covers are box shaped and are designed to slide over pallets of materials. Our 48" tall pallet covers have one row of D-rings (20-22 total rings) and taller pallet covers have 2 rows of D-rings (40-44 total rings) attached at strips of reinforcement webbing for strength. Each cover also has 4 or 8 horizontal facing D-rings for tensioning the cover around the skid of materials and a strip of reinforcement webbing on the inside of the cover at the bottom hem (not shown in pictures). Below we offer our common size palletized material covers and custom sizes are available by request.

IBC TOTE COVERS

Silver Lake Fabrication makes super tough covers for IBC totes. Our covers are made to fit over rectangular totes that have a 48"x40" footprint and are typically 42"-46" tall. The cover itself is 40" tall so you can still get forklift forks into the tote to move it when the cover is installed. IBC totes are steel caged liquid containers that are often also used to hold and haul firewood with the tank removed (steel cages alone). The covers we offer here are made with a Velcro sealed front flap so you can pull out firewood or access the valve on the stock tank. Just like all our covers, our IBC tote covers are made from durable 22 OZ gray poly-vinyl base sheet and have built in webbing reinforcement where a total of 20 D-rings are attached to strap down the cover (2 D-rings not shown inside the door flap). The tote iself is NOT included with our cover and custom sizes are available by request.

STANDER MOWER COVERS

Silver Lake Fabrication makes custom fit covers for commercial "stander" style lawn mowers. This is the type of mower used by landscapers where the operator stands on the rear of the machine. As of yet, we have designed covers for Ferris Z2 and Z3 model mowers, but the cover we currently have designed will likely fit other brands and models. If you have a different model, please compare the dimensions shown here to that of your mower before making your purchase. If your machine requires different measurements for a cover, whip up a sketch with dimensions and send it our way!
This thoroughly tested cover is made with the same time tested durable materials as all our covers and has a total of 16 beefy D-rings to strap it down to your machine. The cover in the pictures has a "tongue" flap as well (not shown in diagram below), but can be removed from the design by request. If you're looking for a durable cover to protect the most important part of your mower, this is a great option! This cover is built-to order and typically ships in 5-7 business days.
