Silver Lake Fabrication sells heavy-duty utility tarps that are built with the same stout construction as our tractor covers shown above. If you're tired of shredded big box store tarps for your valuable equipment, especially if you're sick of crimped in eyelets ripping out, we have you covered! These tarps use our tough-as-nails light gray (minimizes heating of the tarp in the sun) 22 oz vinyl coated (all the way through) polyester tarp material, which is the same material that is used for tractor trailer cargo covers, and those go through hell on the road. Every one of our tarps have 2" wide polyester webbing reinforcement that goes along the outer edge, as well as strips of the same webbing 14" in from the outer edge (4' wide tarps are 8" in from the outer edge). This reinforcement webbing is the same strap material that ratchet straps use, and it adds to the strength and durability of the tarp. Our tarps have ZERO crimped-in eyelets that rip out, but instead, each of our tarps have a bunch of 3/16" thick, 1 3/4" wide, zinc plated steel D-rings that are quadruple sewn on at the inner reinforcement strips. These rings DO NOT rip out, and being positioned away from the edge of the tarp, stop you from scratching what you're covering with the hooks from your bungee cords, ratchet straps, or lashing straps (not included). All of our tarps have the lashing rings positioned 6" in from the outer edge (other than our 4' wide tarps, which have the rings start at 2" in from the outer edge), and then 12" on center on all four sides of the tarp.

Our tarps have been tested at 80 MPH on the highway and our 22 oz. vinyl coated polyester base sheet is rated for use in -40 all the way up to 180 degrees F without melting or cracking when used. We've tested these tarps in feet of snow, sleet, rain, ice, and desert heat. These tarps are ultra durable, super tear resistant, and are simply the toughest utility tarps you can buy. Due to the width of 20' wide tarps being so large, and the stock tarp material varying slightly from run to run from the manufacturer, 20' wide tarps may have a final assembled width that is as much as 2" narrower than the 20' width stated.

Local pick-up is NOT available for our tarps and we cannot ship to PO box addresses. Due to the weight of these tarps, we are only able to ship to addresses within the continental US.
