Silver Lake Fabrication LLC has a list of company policies in place to protect our company, our employees, and our customers. All of our policies are steadfast rules for our business and will not be broken, no matter the scenario. For complete clarity on how we conduct ourselves, please read through our list of policies below.

PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT

When making a purchase from Silver Lake Fabrication LLC, you are certifying that you as the "Buyer" agrees to this purchase and sales agreement. Silver Lake Fabrication LLC is not responsible for proper or improper use of any of our products by the "Buyer" or any subsequent user of our products. By completing your purchase through any Silver Lake Fabrication LLC owned website, Silver Lake Fabrication LLC eBay listing, or verbal phone order, you are hereby verifying that you are aware of and in full agreement with our purchase and sales agreement.

By completing your purchase through any Silver Lake Fabrication LLC owned website, Silver Lake Fabrication LLC eBay listing, or verbal phone order, you agree that as the "Buyer", you and any other user of our product will indemnify and hold Silver Lake Fabrication LLC, any subsidiary thereof, its officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from all liability. This includes claims, losses, property damage, bodily injury, costs and expenses (including attorney's fees) incurred in connection with use of the product. All liability, claims, losses, property damage, bodily injury, costs and expenses (including attorney's fees) caused in whole or part by Silver Lake Fabrication LLC's action or omission, regardless of negligence, design defects or flaws, or manufacturing errors, is understood by the "Buyer" to not be the responsibility of Silver Lake Fabrication LLC, any subsidiary thereof, its officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, and representatives thereof.

By completing your purchase through any Silver Lake Fabrication LLC owned website, Silver Lake Fabrication LLC eBay listing, or verbal phone order, you agree that as the "Buyer", you understand and agree to our stated returns and cancellations policy, which is that all purchases are final, returns are not accepted, and that Silver Lake Fabrication LLC and its subsidiaries reserve the right to retain all payment provided in advance of delivery of any or all orders, regardless as to the reason that the "Buyer" requests cancellation of the order.

EMPLOYEE SAFETY

Our number one goal here at SLF is employee safety and wellbeing. Every choice we make here is dependent on the safety and wellbeing of all involved at SLF. This includes the sales and production staff. We do all we can to ensure a safe, healthy, and happy work environment. Our production floor is kept clean and in order with all safety equipment in tact on machinery. During foul weather, unsafe travel conditions for our employees will cause us to ask employees to stay home when travel is deemed unsafe by local authorities, and will cause minor production delays. Just as our production staff are encouraged to inform us of damaged equipment, our sales people are empowered to not continue with a customer or potential customer if they are rude or verbally abusive. The safety and wellbeing of our staff is always put above anything else at Silver Lake Fabrication LLC.

CUSTOMER VISITS

Customer visits are not permitted for this end of our business. Our sales office is not located in the same location as our partnering production facility, and neither location is a "retail" location. Our sales office does not have tarp products on hand for you to touch and our production facility does not allow customers on facility grounds. Our website is our "store" and we are more than happy to speak with you on the phone or communicate electronically, but physical visits are NOT permitted.

SHIPPING

Our tarp products are built-to-order and turn-around time is typically about a week, but can take as long as two, depending on how many orders are in our queue. The fall season is typically our busiest time for this product line. Our tarps ship from our partnering factory in Alabama and we ship with FedEx ground service. Our shipping is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of each size tarp as to ensure that customers only pay what is absolutely necessary to ship their item. Due to the weight of our tarps, we will not ship outside the continental US. Orders that come through with shipping addresses outside the continental US will be canceled and refunded. We are only able to ship to physical addresses and cannot ship to a PO box address. Local pick-up is not an option for this product line.

WARRANTY

Our tarp products come with a 6 month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This period starts the day that the item leaves the factory. If you receive a cover and find a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the cover at no cost to you after pictures of the defect are received. Knife cuts, crash damage, road rash, fire damage, explosions, and abuse are not covered under warranty.

PRICING

The pricing of our products is based on required parts and materials, production time, and other resources invested in each product. Our pricing is based on what we must get for each product. We do not have surplus profit built into our pricing structure and are not able to offer discounted pricing. The pricing on our website is the pricing that we are able to offer. Requests for discounts, regardless of order volume, will be denied. All posted prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

As our tarps are always built-to-order specifically to fill your order (no boxes of tarps sitting on a shelf somewhere), we DO NOT accept returns, and we reserve the right to deny a cancellation request dependent on circumstances (on our end and yours). We work hard to get orders out the door as soon as possible and provide the best service that we can. That means that when you commit to a purchase, we have committed to build your tarp and fill the order. Once an order is placed, the money you hand to us goes into materials and labor specifically for your order, and we don't get that back, even if you change your mind. We repeat, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

HOLIDAYS

Silver Lake Fabrication LLC is closed during major national holidays. Our employees are well deserving of this time off to spend with their families and we will never ask one of our employees to work during a holiday. Customer communication is typically halted during these times.

PIZZA DAY

Friday is pizza day at Silver Lake Fabrication LLC. This is a steadfast company policy (unless the crew would like something else).
